Demolition is the first step of any renovation project. Before starting, it is essential to confirm insurance coverage and apply for renovation and scaffolding permits from the property management office. Demolition work involves removing unwanted old decorations, such as tiles, flooring, and built-in furniture. If wall adjustments are required, walls can either be rebuilt immediately after demolition or after the electrical and plumbing work is completed.

Renovation Process

  1. Initial Consultation and Quotation

  3. Formal Quotation and Design Proposal
    After completing the measurements, we will provide a formal quotation. Upon your confirmation, a deposit or design fee will be required. We will then create interior design plans and construction drawings tailored to your requirements. Adjustments and color selections will be made as needed, followed by another on-site visit to confirm dimensions.

  4. Design Confirmation and Preparation for Construction
    Once the design is finalized, we will collect a mid-term deposit and begin ordering materials and preparing for construction. For demolition work, ensure you have purchased insurance and obtained the necessary permits from the property management office. We will handle the removal of unwanted old decorations, such as tiles, flooring, and built-in furniture.

  5. Construction Phase
    The renovation process consists of multiple phases, tailored to your specific needs. These may include electrical and plumbing installation, masonry work, carpentry, painting, furniture installation, and flooring.

  6. Post-Construction Cleaning and Final Inspection
    After the renovation is completed, there will typically be leftover debris and waste on-site. We will arrange for professional cleaning services to perform an initial cleanup. While some dust may remain, you can choose to clean it yourself or hire additional professional cleaning services. During the final inspection, carefully check every detail, including doors, windows, sockets, and faucets, to ensure everything meets your expectations.
